Financial figures & calculation notes
Margins = profit / revenue. Effective tax rate = tax expense / positive pre-tax income; this is not tax paid in cash. Return on assets/equity = net income / average opening and closing balance, for matching periods. Quarterly returns are not annualised. Missing figures stay unavailable. Period-end dates follow the data provider and may differ from fiscal filing dates.
Investments & capital allocation
Select a company to see its reported investment and spending figures.
Investment balances and cash flows describe the company’s finances, not your share-price return. They do not identify every subsidiary or portfolio holding. Negative cash-flow values indicate outflows.
Company events
Select a company to load its dated disclosures and shareholder events.
SEC dates are filing dates. Item 5.02 can concern appointments, departures or compensation; open the filing for names and effective dates. The calendar shows recorded events, not a forecast of future earnings dates. Coverage depends on the listing and source.
Market data is requested through a WordPress proxy and cached briefly; financial results can be cached for up to six hours. Recent tickers and position rows are remembered only in this browser on this device. This is educational information, not financial advice.
